Shipping policy

We use USPS, but other carriers (like UPS, Fed Ex, and DHL) can be used for expedited delivery. After your order is placed and payment is verified, shipments usually take 1-3 business days to process. We'll keep you up to date with an email containing the tracking number and date of expected delivery. Orders may take 2-5 days to arrive, and tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update. Due to COVID-19 and carrier backlog, please allow up to 3 additional business days for delivery.

Though we cannot guarantee the date of delivery, we strive to have orders shipped as quickly as possible.

Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and based on the total item weight, address listed for delivery, and shipping method selected. 

Rush Shipping

For customers who need their items quickly, we offer expedited processing and shipping, at an extra fee. Our Rush Shipping service offers convenience and speed for those who demand it, making sure your items arrive in the desired time frame. Though a few items and orders may not be eligible for Rush Shipping, our team is always on hand to provide an alternative solution to ensure you get the delivery you expect. We apologize for any potential inconvenience this may cause.

Orders that are eligible for free shipping follow the same guidelines listed above. 

At Niche Nouveau Co., we prioritize customer satisfaction. That's why all orders are shipped with a tracking number and packaged with care so they arrive in perfect condition. Once orders are shipped, we no longer assume responsibility. In the rare event of a lost or stolen package, we will work to provide a satisfactory solution.

Orders placed on Fridays after 12 PM EST may require additional processing time. Ensure your delivery arrives on time by ordering during regular business hours.
